Love your show, great in depth interviews with some really interesting and inspiring people—-but please, pleeeeeeeeeez make an effort to re-introduce the guests every fifteen minutes or so, at least. I can't count how many times I've tuned in late and listened for even an hour or more while constantly trying to guess who the hell you're talking to. Needless to say, this can really distract a listener from the content of the interview. Keep it up—don't change a thing but this! Thanks for all your efforts.

Oops, one more small suggestion…..when you guys are referring to someone in the sport by a familiar (and to you guys, well-known nickname), please identify them once or twice in the context by their actual name, so those of us not so close to the inside of the sport can know who they are. Example—-I’ve heard references to “Crowie” in at least a half dozen of your conversations with triathletes, and didn’t know who that was until a half hour ago. Thank you kindly again.

Try not to type on your keyboard in interviews. The listeners can hear it. Doesn’t show much respect to the (World Champion) guest.

Hey James ! Not sure what the noise is, but there is no keyboard in studio actually… Bob and Paul use notes they prepare in a binder before the interview, and don't use a computer to look things up.

actually, we think it's more because neither one of them know HOW to use a computer, but that's another story ;)
