Everyone has a story and some of them are unbelievable. I occasionally see James Spellman at the races and the guy is always on his bike. After a short conversation I realized that James is so into cycling that he has ridden in a car only ten times since 2001 and is on his bike three times a day every day of the year. When you add in the fact that he has overcome a crystal meth addiction which left him penniless and homeless, it helps you realize how riding a bike can actually save someone’s life.
