Paul Thomas

To understand the ElliptiGO, imagine taking an elliptical trainer from the gym and putting wheels on it. For runners who are dealing with injuries, the ElliptiGO has become a life saver. This past weekend ElliptiGO hosted 40 participants in a climb up infamous Mt. Palomar north of San Diego. The winner? Long time endurance sports star Paul Thomas, who joined us to chat about the adventure.

Rich Graham

He came on with Huddle and me to chat about his new book- Wheelers, Dealers, Pucks and Bucks- on the rough and tumble history of professional Roller Hockey. We had a blast catching up with Rich and took turns smashing Huddle head first into the boards.
