Julie Moss

Hines Ward and Paula Newby-Fraser

He is a Super Bowl MVP, two-time Super Bowl Champion and a winner of Dancing with the Stars. She is the most decorated triathlete in history, the eight-time Ironman World Champion and the Queen of Kona. With the creation of the Refuel Got Chocolate Milk ‘Become One’ program, the two have joined forces to see if Hines Ward, Mr. Fast Twitch, has what it takes to train for – and finish – the Ironman World Championship in Kona under the guidance and coaching of Paula Newby-Fraser. The day after Hines’ first ever triathlon, they came in studio to discuss the challenge.

Eric McElvenny

Eric McElvenny lost his leg below the knee to an IED in Afghanistan in December of 2011. Within 60 days of the explosion he was being fitted for a prosthetic leg and within one year he had completed three triathlons. He is also a Pittsburgh native, a huge Steeler fan, and he is now part of the Refuel Got Chocolate Milk Become One Program, training and racing with Steeler legend Hines Ward. They raced together for the first time at the Super Seal Triathlon in Coronado and step one was a huge success!

Bevan Docherty

Let’s start with the fact that Kiwi Bevan Docherty has two Olympic Triathlon medals, a silver from 2004 and a bronze from 2008. He has stepped up to the longer distances and could be a huge factor come Kona in October. In his first Ironman in his hometown of Taupo, New Zealand, all he did was win by ten minutes, run 2:49 and break the course record. Nuff said?

Dave Scott is the six-time Ironman World Champion, Mr. October, and a man who is never afraid to express his opinion. Does he feel Lance Armstrong’s penalty is too harsh? Yes.
