Michael Arnstein is 36 years old and is a father of three. He completed the Ironman in Hawaii four times with a personal best of 9:38, and has run some of the legendary ultra events like Badwater and the Leadville 100 and has a 100 mile PR of 12:57. In April he will run Boston for the 18th time in a row and he has completed over 100 marathons. So how does a guy go from a 2:45 marathon to a 2:28? Michael eats only fruits and vegetables -he is a Fruitarian- and he feels that has made all the difference in the world.
