cmrPeter Reid is a part of a very small club. Only four men in the history of the Ironman World Championship have won three or more titles: Dave Scott, Mark Allen, Craig Alexander, and Canada’s Peter Reid. With his three Ironman World Titles and 10 total Ironman wins in his career, Peter recently found out that he will become the first triathlete to be inducted into Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame in November. Peter came on with Huddle and me to talk about his transformation from a guy who could barely swim 25 yards in a pool without stopping to becoming the very best long distance triathlete in the world.
