Joanna Zeiger knows just a bit about training. She took fourth place at the first ever Olympic Triathlon in Sydney in 2000, won the 2008 Ironman 70.3 World Championship, took tenth, sixth, sixth, and fourth at the Ironman World Championship, and is looking to make it to the 2016 Olympic Marathon Trials, which would be her seventh Olympic Trials appearance through swimming, triathlon, and the marathon.
